Raised in Northern California,
Andrew is a licensed architect with
more than fifteen years experience
in design and project management.
He is skilled in a broad range of
site planning, building design, and
project management for retail,
restaurant, office, institutional,
and recreational environments.

Andrew earned his degree in
Industrial Technology from
Humboldt State University in 1985.

Most recently Andrew acted as
Project Architect for the
design of new elementary schools
and high school sports facilities.

As a fifth generation Nevada City
native, Richard has a special
understanding of our community's
needs and issues, both historic
and current.

Richard earned his Architecture
degree with honors from Pratt
Institute in New York in 1997.

Richard's experience has included
the programming and design of
numerous custom residential and
renovation projects. Commercial
projects include Prospector’s
Nursery and The Nevada City Winery
Expansion/Renovation (winner of the
Nevada City Chamber of Commerce
New Construction Award for 2001).
