Case Study: Grandfield - McAdams ResidenceAn addition and renovation of a residnece in Nevada City, California Services Rendered:
This began as an older home in a residential neighborhood in Nevada City. The home had been added on to and adjusted for many years and was in declining condition. The owners are young with a growing family and were looking to build a home to raise their family in. While renovating the kitchen and other typical spaces in the home we also added a creek side screened porch as well as his and her home offices, a guest area and a "family room" that will eventually be used in conjunction with an in-ground swimming pool and back yard patio.
