The project began with the Arnold's coming to our office for a custom designed residence. Over time it became clear that we enjoyed working together, so a relationship was formed with the result being our office acting as project managers for the construction of their home. All of the construction professionals for the project were chosen by our office and the budget was set with our staff compiling the bids from each of the given sub's. Because the Arnold's were not versed in the construction process, having our offices weekly interaction on site, as well as our years of design and construction experience has made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
