Case Study: Prospector's Nursery

Prospector's Nursery is a full service commercial nursery in Nevada City on Grandholm Lane.

The building is a very large retail space with upper level storage and office facilities.  There is also an attached storage building and a small outbuilding amongst the plants and trees that are for sale which was originally intended to be an outdoor point of sales location.

Richard also provided preliminary site design.  The very large steel trusses that allow for the vaulted main space were custom designed and built for this project.
