Large single family  residenct on Quaker Hill Cross Road.

Donor recognition sign for Nevada Union Highschool Football Boosters (For individuals that donated money of services for their Turf Field Project).

Plans for the addition of a Pizza Oven and service area in the new 5 Mile House Restaurant.

Penn Valley Fire Station Equipment Bay and Meeting Room upgrades.

Highgate Senior Living - Addition to main building, creating added living space in "Cottages" Alzheimer and Dementia Care facility.

Highgate Senior Living - Renovation of existing duplex units - Creating one large Alzheimer and Dementia Care Home.
